Non-Centered Based Day Support

Destin Pathways' Non-Centered Based Day Support program helps individuals integrate into community settings, develop healthy relationships, improve coping skills, and strengthen socialization skills so they can better interact with others. Services are designed to identify community resources and activities that encourage individuals to become active members of their communities — including those living in rural areas throughout Hampton Roads.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement helps individuals acquire, retain, and improve skills necessary for positive social behavior, interpersonal competence, greater independence, employability, and personal choice. Individuals are supported in accessing typical community activities enjoyed by the general population. Staffing ratio: 1:3.

Community Coaching

Community Coaching provides personalized, one-on-one support for individuals who require dedicated assistance when utilizing resources within their communities. The goal is to help individuals develop skills related to positive social behavior, interpersonal competence, independence, employability, personal choice, and community participation. Staffing ratio: 1:1.
