Destin Pathways LLC is a Chesapeake, Virginia-based provider offering community-based day support, residential services, and transportation for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Everything we do is built around the individual — their goals, their strengths, and their vision for their own life.

Non-Centered Based Day Support

Community integration, socialization, recreation, health and safety, and skill-building for adults with ID/DD — including those with a co-occurring mental health diagnosis.

Community Engagement

Helping individuals acquire and improve skills for positive social behavior, independence, and employability through access to typical community activities. (1:3 ratio)

Community Coaching

One-on-one personalized support for individuals who need dedicated assistance utilizing resources within their communities. (1:1 ratio)

Who We Serve

Destin Pathways serves adults between the ages of 18 and 65 who have been diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability (ID/DD) and reside in Hampton Roads communities. Individuals may also have a co-occurring mental health diagnosis. We welcome all eligible individuals without discrimination based on race, color, creed, gender, or financial status.
